When I considered an upgrade on our telecommunication system to a VoIP system, Telecom Unlimited was my first choice. After comparing many other “major” phone carriers, I chose Telecom because they have a better solution. The VoIP system we have now completely meets our needs. An employee can pick up a phone in any location and directly dial any extension in the whole company. They can also dial directly to another site and ring a designated group of phones in that location.

The Technicians are all professionals from start to finish. The installation was great. Everything was set up just as I wanted. The new system was installed beside our old system, so we did not have any downtime. Telecom trained our staff so well that they all understood how the new system works. Finding the right company to trust with such a large job was a difficult task. We decided to work with Telecom after getting to know John.
