TeleCom Unlimited provides IP-based door access control systems that allow authorized employees quick and convenient access to facilities, while at the same time restricting access to unauthorized people. A major benefit of access control is not having to re-key locks due to employee turnover, as access is controlled by rules configured in a server, which may be modified on a moment’s notice. Access may be granted by user via keycard, keyfob, keypad, or by a cellphone app using a geo-locate feature. Gate or swing-arm access for vehicles may also be provided via window stickers and RFID reader.
We will custom-design your system based on requirements that will be identified with a site walk-through. Specifically, we will determine the most practical hardware based on door types, door quantity, reader requirements (HID, touchpad), and emergency egress requirements. These systems may be as simple as a single door at one site, or hundreds of doors covering multiple locations. The goal is to create a safe environment with an easily managed system.
Management of the access control system is offered via either a site-based server, or via a cloud-based portal. The site-based server incurs a one-time cost and is most practical for systems with a higher quantity of doors. The cloud-based portal incurs recurring charges per door, and these tend to be most practical for smaller systems or systems spread over multiple locations. Training is provided for our customers to self-manage these systems at whatever level they desire.
